The operating steps of the tube furnace include: make sure the power supply is connected properly and ensure that the power supply voltage is within the specified range. Open the door, place the sample on the holder in the furnace chamber and make sure that the sample is in full contact with the heat source. Close the door and make sure that the door fits snugly into the chamber. Set the desired heating temperature via the control panel and start the heating process. When the heating is finished, the unit will automatically enter the cooling phase, do not open the door at this time. When the furnace temperature has dropped to a safe range, the door can be opened to remove the sample. In addition, the special operating method of the tube furnace also includes the use of the air circuit system for operation, such as turning the air switch on and then switching on the power supply, setting the programme temperature, and then pressing the heating button to start the operation. After the end of the programme, it is necessary to wait until the temperature of the furnace chamber has cooled down to below 100°C before stopping the ventilation. When using the tube furnace, you also need to pay attention to the following points: the first time you use it or after not using it for a long time, you need to bake it at about 120 ℃ for 1 hour, and bake it at about 300 ℃ for 2 hours before using it. Try not to exceed the rated temperature of the furnace, so as not to damage the heating element and furnace lining. Keep the furnace clean, and prohibit filling all kinds of liquid and molten metal directly into the furnace chamber. Regularly check whether the contact of the electrical connection part of the temperature control system is good.
